Mr. Nori is a board advisor at Texas Star Alliance Energy Solutions, specializing in lobbying and state agency relations.

Mr. Nori is an accomplished former corporate executive and current lawyer, financier and strategic consultant with more than two decades of business advisory experience involving hundreds of international and domestic matters. With a background which encompasses working at multiple global investment banks, his practice today brings much more to the table than just his legal and financial expertise – typically serving as a trusted tactical advisor and confidant to global senior leadership teams, IGO’s, NGO’s, and UHNW individuals.

Mr. Nori is passionate about assisting with all aspects of the legislative needs of his clients by drawing upon a much broader skill set than simply his advocacy and policy pedigrees. His deep knowledge of the law / regulatory framework, in addition to his business strategy acumen, finance background, cross-border negotiations / dispute mitigation expertise and influential network place him in a unique position to add tremendous value for his sophisticated clientele.

Mr. Nori’s diverse academic background encompasses: Harvard Law (Mediation & ADR program), Northwestern Law (Corporate Counsel program), Telfer School of Mngt. (International Fin. Mngt. program), Uni. Of Ottawa (Computer Engineering program), as well as currently/previously holding multiple global accreditations such as Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Chartered Financial Analyst candidate (CFA), SEC/FINRA/IIROC/CSI (CSC, OLC, CPH, DFC / Series 4, 7, 63, 65).

In addition to his pivotal role at Texas Star Alliance Energy Solutions, Mr. Nori serves on multiple boards, has traveled to 53 countries and is heavily involved in a multitude of philanthropic endeavors.
